What we expect
- Valid national ID and a clean police clearance.
- Ability to pass our medical and fitness baseline.
- Attention to detail on paperwork and digital reporting.
- Willingness to train and be supervised through the first 90 days.

How we hire
Application → phone screen → interview → reference + background check → conditional offer → pre-deployment training → first shift. Typical timeline is four weeks from application to first shift.
