    Officer selection

    Concierge-grade officers selected from our trained pool, site-briefed, rehearsed on your specific protocols.

  3. Phase 0303 / 04

    Run

    Full-time concierge presence with cover for breaks and leave. Daily handover, daily register, weekly review with client.

  4. Phase 0404 / 04

    Refine

    Monthly review meeting with the client ops contact to refine protocols, rotate officers and address any concerns.
