Methodology

How we run it.

  1. Phase 0101 / 04

    Site survey & post orders

    Risk walk-through, threat matrix, site-specific post orders drafted and signed off by the client before any officer is posted.

  2. Phase 0202 / 04

    Officer selection & training

    Officers selected from the vetted pool, site-briefed, post-orders trained, and rotated with supervision for the first 30 days.

  3. Phase 0303 / 04

    Supervision & reporting

    Shift supervisors on every rotation, site visits by operations managers weekly, monthly KPI pack to client.

  4. Phase 0404 / 04

    Continuous improvement

    Quarterly review with client: incident trends, training needs, post-order updates. Contract re-scoped annually.
